Terms & conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Daniel Beasley, trading as Pamper My Ride Detailing, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees ("I", "me"). By booking a service you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are free and with no obligation. Contact Daniel to discuss your vehicle, its condition, the work you would like and the price before booking.

Bookings and access

All work is carried out on-site at your home or workplace. Discuss the parking location, access, permission to work there and any preparation needed with Daniel before booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let me know as early as possible.

Payment

Ask Daniel about payment arrangements and accepted payment methods before booking.

Guarantee

All work is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any part of the work, please tell me as soon as possible so I can put it right. Ceramic coatings are guaranteed for their full 3, 5 or 7-year term on condition that the coating is upheld and regularly maintained in line with the aftercare advice given.

Limitations

Some defects, such as deep scratches through the clear coat, stone chips, permanent staining or internal headlight damage, may not be fully removable. I'll be honest about what can realistically be achieved before starting.

Insurance

I hold public liability insurance with £3 million cover.
